Community Dinners are intimate, farm-to-fork “foodie” experiences, where founders and their teams build and deepen relationships with each other and with leaders in the start-up and capital communities that have a vested interest in co-creating their success.
These dinners are not open to the public, as they are generally small, intimate affairs and organized around the specific needs of our cohorts. If you’d like to find out more about how to get involved or attend one in the future, drop us a line here.
Unique to Cohorts.
Every year a new cohort presents specific problem-solving or skill and capacity-building needs to get to the next level of success. Growing and scaling a tech company is not linear, it’s not one-size fits all, and it’s always about pairing entrepreneurs with the right mentors, for the right reasons, at the right time. FourthWave prides itself on education programs and education collaborators like the I/O Lab in Sacramento that deliver unique, expert, and intentionally-designed education experiences.
Conscious leadership is a mainstay attribute of high-performing companies that participate in our Annual Cohort “Catalyst” Programs. To find out more about Conscious Leadership and why we focus on it, visit here.
